Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

What should you do in case you receive a damaged product or a wrong product?

Before they depart from our warehouse, all our shipments go through stringent quality control procedures. However, in the unlikely event that your goods are harmed in transit or during delivery, you can ask for a replacement.

Within two days of receiving your order, you can begin your return or refund by following a few easy steps if you received an item that is damaged, defective, or the incorrect product:

Step 1: Within two business days of receiving the order, please contact our customer support staff at or by phone at 9667720201 between the hours of 12PM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. The window for this will open when our delivery partners mark the orders “delivered”.

Step 2: Send us photographs and videos together with the specifics of your order and your request to return, replace, or refund any items that were incorrect or defective. According to the terms under which your order was placed, our team will help you.

Step 3: Within 4-5 business days, we will pick up the goods. If the returned goods are accepted in proper condition, the requested refund or replacement will be started.

Reminder: In the event of a replacement, stock availability governs the decision.

If a replacement item is not readily available, we will advise you to choose a product from a similar category, for which our team will provide options.


How long would it take you to receive the refund of the received product?

Please be aware that Epoch only starts the refund process after receiving the returned item and concluding a successful quality assessment. As a result, the time it takes the courier partner to bring the return to a Epoch warehouse may affect when the refund process starts.

Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 12 to 15  working days to credit the refund money to your account. In case it is taking longer than 15 working days, please drop an email to or reach out by phone at 9667720201 between the hours of 12PM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday.
