Shipping Policy

Are there any shipping charges applicable on orders?

For all prepaid orders shipping is free.

For all orders using Cash on Delivery, there is a Rs. 99 surcharge.

What is the process for delivery?

Each product is carefully reviewed once our system has processed your transaction to make sure it is in perfect condition. After passing the last round of quality inspection, they are packaged and given to our reliable delivery partners. The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. They will call you to rectify the problem if they are unable to do so at the time or at the address you have supplied.

Shipping Policy

Shipping of products will be done by the method indicated in the order within two (2) working days and it may further take 1-4 days depending on your location of delivery.
If for any reason epochstore decides to send the product using an alternate method, other than the one indicated in the order, you will not be asked to pay any additional charges for this. Title and risk of loss for any or all products ordered by you shall pass on to epochstore shipment to the shipping carrier. The product colour and actual size may vary from the visual representation on the website.

In Case 1: COD Payment mode:

Order will be shipped once we find the order genuine by calling on the phone number given by you or by email or by both methods. This may take 1-2 working days extra to deliver the order

In Case 2 : Online Payment

Order will be shipped in priority in maximum of two working days. And it make take 1-4 days further to reach your location.
